VISES

Master Vise
The Master Vise is so named because it does it all. Featuring a jaw mechanism that will securely hold hooks from a 28 to a 10/0, this is the vise for the tier who turns out everything from tiny trout flies to feather duster size billfish offerings. If you are a production tier or a serious saltwater buff, this is the vise to own. The Master has the traditional rotary actuator that allows the tier to rotate the jaws by spinning the rotary arm. Without question, the Master is the most advanced and most versatile vise available today.

Presentation Cam Series Vises
The Presentation Cam Series Vises offer you all the standard Presentation Series with cam operated jaws. If your tying needs require a variety of hook styles and sizes, you'll find unmatched versatility in the Presentation Cam Series. The Cam Series has two rotary tension adjustments. You can use one adjustment to preset a desired level of tension for your basic tying needs. The second adjustment is used for adding tension or holding the rotary shaft in a particular desired position. Vise must be ordered right or left handed tier for features.

Presentation 4000 Series Vises
If your tying needs require a variety of hook styles and sizes, you'll find unmatched versatility in the Presentation 4000. The 4000 has two rotary tension adjustments. You can use one adjustment to preset a desired level of tension for your basic tying needs. The second adjustment is used for adding tension or holding the rotary shaft in a particular desired position. To utilize the custom features of this vise, it must be ordered for the right or left handed tier.

Presentation 3000
The Presentation 3000 is the ideal vise for the tier who is primarily interested in tying small flies and streamers. Crafting miniature offerings can require considerable hand and finger manipulation. Maximum finger clearance behind and around the hook is possible with the Presentation 3000, because we made the jaw slender and set it at an angle. The signature Renzetti rotary feature enables you to wind thread, hackle or other material around the hook with a precision smoothness you'll appreciate whether you're tying your first fly or your thousandth.

Traveler Series Vises
When your tying projects cannot be done at home, consider one of our Traveler Series Vises. They'll fulfill the demands of the most fastidious tiers, wherever travels take you. The standard Traveler will accommodate hooks from sizes 28 to 4/0. The Saltwater Traveler will handle hooks from size 4 to 8/0. The Saltwater Traveler has a spinning attachment and a material clip. Jaws are not interchangeable. The Traveler Vises must be ordered for the right or left handed tier.

Cam Traveler Series Vises
The Cam Series Vises are definitely a wonderful improvement to an already functional vise. In addition to all the great features of our standard vises, this latest series features a new set of cam operated jaws. The system is lever actuated with infinitely adjustable jaws. Minimal pressure on the lever holds the hook rock steady. Your tying sequence is never compromised by unwanted hook movement. Jaws are not interchangeable. Cam Traveler Vises must be ordered for the right or left handed tier.

Clouser Traveler Series Vises
Bob Clouser is one of the most celebrated names in fly fishing and we are proud to offer a series of vises specially designed for tying his famed Clouser Minnow as well as other long streamer patterns. The unique design of these vises are engineered to facilitate proper material placement along the hook shank which is critical for achieving the silhouettes and profiles these patterns require. With the exception of the rotary shaft, the Clouser Series offers the same features as the Traveler Series. The Clouser Series Traveler was introduced few years ago, the feedback from Tiers has been tremendous. Pedestal base comes with pockets. Cannot be used with Cam jaws.

Tube Fly Vises
Tube flies have a long and productive history in the fly fishing world. To accommodate their increasing popularity, we offer a complete Tube Fly vise as well as a tube fly vise accessory that will fit our Traveler Series. Tying tube flies has never been easier. The vise will handle tubes up to 4-inches long. It has a 1/16-inch diameter mandrel and a rotary tension screw. The Tube Fly vise is also available with a complete set of mandrels. Pedestal base comes with pockets.

Rod Lathe
The Renzetti Rod Lathe is engineered to meet just about any of the creative rod builder's needs and is easy to set up and use. It can power speed wrap in single and multiple threads with precision tension control of one to eight threads at a time. A rod can be set up or removed without removing any lathe attachments. This lathe can also be used to shape custom grips, cork, plastic and wood. This lathe is also equipped with an indexing feature for 0, 90, 180 and 270 degree axis for butt wraps. The Rod Lathe is constructed of precision aluminum extrusion and machined parts to insure quality and a lifetime of use. (motor and foot control included with complete rod lathe)

Wonder Weaver
The "WONDER WEAVER" is a loom designed to facilitate weaving around a cylindrical object that can be used to make a continuous weave around a fishing rod, and also to weave individual patterns on any axes of a rod, (space permitting) at the same time. It is easy to use for color-change weaving, and will accommodate as many colors as one is capable of handling. It's unique design keeps threads from hanging and twisting. The slots holding each thread are clearly identified and threads are held firmly. Setting up is simple and because each thread has a numbered slot, you will know quickly if the thread count is incorrect. The threads can then be adjusted before going any further. The Wonder Weaver comes with a 180 slot design, with only 90 of the slots numbered. Weaves should be made prior to putting line guides in place but can be made after the under wraps, if they are used. Instructional DVD included.

VISE ACCESSORIES

C-Clamps can be used with vises to attach them to tables, benches, or any other surface where a clamp attachment can be utilized.

The Deluxe Pedestal Base adds beauty and function to your Renzetti vise. The extra-wide design and added weight means that you cannot accidentally pull the vise over. Pedestal bases allow the vise to sit on any surface for tying.

The Standard Pedestal Bases offer the tier the ability to place their vise on any surface for tying. No need to have an edge for the c-clamp. They are heavy and wide enough that the vise cannot be pulled over when adding tension to materials.

Stem extensions allow the tier to extend the length of their existing stem. Some tiers that need extra working room between the base and fly use these.

This versatile stem allows the use of Traveler and Tube Series Vises on the Lap Extension, the Standard, Saltwater and Deluxe Saltwater Base.

The Clouser Minnow Arm is designed for the tying of long streamers with the proper material distribution. Additional sets of jaws are available.

	A. Material Clip (Fits Traveler and Presentation vises.) B. Parachute Attachment: Totally adjustable & ample room for roping of thread. All vises.H. Bobbin Cradle: Used to support the Bobbin thread while rotary tying. (standard on all Travelers)
	C. Extended Body Attachment: Primarily used for tying very long streamer patterns on lengths of monofilament line. The mono is stretched between the vise jaws and the ball bearing outrigger allowing full rotary capabilities. This attachment can only be used with the Saltwater Base, the Deluxe Saltwater Base or the Saltwater C-Clamp. D. Spinning Attachment: Allows spinning of the vise with finger tips or the palm of the hand. Presentation Vises manufactured after 1990 & Masters Series.
	E. Spinning Attachment: For all Travelers Series. Eases spinning of the vise, allowing you to wrap thread, palmer feathers, etc.
	F. Au Sable Speed Crank: If you are winding a lot of thread/material around the hook shank, this attachment with a 2:1 gear ratio can cut your tying time in half. A 2.5:1 and 2.8:1 gear ratio available. I. Bobbin Cradle: Standard on all Presentations and Masters Series.
	G. Lap Extension: Allows position of the vise over your lap and is totally adjustable. Fits all vises, the 6" Traveler Stainless Steel stem is needed for all traveler and tube fly series vises.
	Visual Enhancement Backdrop To maximize your visual acuity when tying, this detachable plate is designed to eliminate background clutter and glare. Depending on your tying needs the plate can be reversed to opt for a pale green or light gray backdrop. Great for photography of flies.
	Bobbin Cradle Extension (vise not included). Add up to 4-inches to your existing bobbin cradle. Easy to assemble.

RENZETTI TYING TOOLS

	We offer a full line of bobbins. To accommodate different tying needs, we feature bobbins with varying combinations of tube lengths and diameters. The standard length tube is 2-inches, the extended length version is 2 3/4-inches. The small diameter tube is 3/32-inch and the large diameter tube is 1/8-inch. With the exception of the Ultra Midge Bobbin and Lead Wire and Tinsel Bobbin, we use ruby tips that make for ultra smooth thread delivery and excellent wear resistance. Customer feed back has led us to redesign the bobbin balls. Our unique tapered protrusion insures maximum thread spool retention.
	Hair Stackers
	Miscellaneous Hand Tools, including: Dubbing Needle (large w/ half hitch), Dubbing Needle (small w/ half hitch), Dubbing Twister Teaser, Dubbing Teaser, Dubbing Twister, Half Hitch (large and small).
	Applicator Jar with Polyseal and Needle. Great for head cements, clear coats, etc.
	Soft Foam Tool Caddy keeps everything organized and easy to find on the tying bench.
	Made of high quality stainless steal, this narrow bladed, fine-tipped scissor allows the tier to cut material very close to the hook shank. The cuts are clean, neat and crisp. The scissors fit perfectly in your hands and are self-opening. Made in Germany. Available in Serrated and Non-Serrated.
	This file has a very smooth cutting action and has a special coating to extend the life of the file. The handle is ergonomically designed to fit the contour of the palm of the hand. This natural fit makes it easy to apply the correct pressure when filing, giving you the perfect grip control.
	Dry Fly Dressing is a non-stick fly dressing that will leave your flies dry to the touch, adding life to your fly. The Ferrule Lube will prevent sticky ferrules and will not collect dust. Master Cast, one of Bob Clouser's favorites, will clean, lubricate and give you a smoother cast, leaving a dry, slick coating on the line. All in one easy application.
